Membership perks apply only to full-priced services and retail (not valid on already discounted services or packages).
Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
VIP & Exclusive Value Packages are available only to active members and cannot be purchased separately.
Membership does not guarantee availability of specific stylists or appointment times.
Quarterly beauty boxes are only available to members who maintain uninterrupted membership for the full quarter.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership anytime by providing a written request via email or in person at least 5 days before your next billing date.
If a cancellation request is received after the billing date, your membership will remain active until the next billing cycle.
Once canceled, you lose access to all membership perks, including exclusive service packages and discounts.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused benefits.
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
If you accidentally signed up or were charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours for review.
